Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policies Student Cancellations – Firearms & Hunting Courses Ontario 14+ days’ notice: Refund of deposit minus a $50.00 administrative fee per participant 7–13 days’ notice: Rescheduling to another available course date without penalty Less than 7 days’ notice: $100 rescheduling fee applies unless we can rebook your seat Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund, no rescheduling unless we can rebook your seat​ All cancellations must be requested via email or text with the name under the reservation and the course date. We will respond within 48 hours (response time does not affect eligibility).
